Process

•A 50% upfront payment is required before work can begin.•Clients are expected to provide a clear concept or idea for the artwork before the commission begins.•Please send at least one visual reference that may help guide the process.•I will not begin work without references, as creating a design entirely from scratch falls under character design services.•Once the concept and references are reviewed, we will discuss pricing for the commission.•Progress updates will be provided throughout each stage of the process:-Rough Sketch
-Sketch
-Linework
-Flat Colors
-Rendering (if applicable)•Completion time may vary between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.•Once the artwork is finalized, a low-resolution preview will be provided. The remaining 50% payment must be completed before delivery of the final high-resolution files.•After the final payment is received, you will receive a .ZIP file containing:-A high-resolution .PNG version of the artwork. (2000x2000 300dpi)
-The original .CLIP file, if requested by the client.

Terms of Services

By purchasing my services, you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of Service. No exceptions. These include, but are not limited to:•Prohibited use of commissioned art for AI model/sites (No AI use period);•Prohibited use of commissioned art for NFTs;•After the completion of the flat color stage, any approved refund will be subject to a 40% deduction from the original payment amount.•I reserve the right to share completed commissions on my social media platforms;•I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion;•Copyrights and ownership of artwork, in any form, created by me, shall be retained by me. I may post/print/represent the art anywhere and utilize the artwork for promotional or marketing purposes unless an NDA is agreed upon.•Commissioners retain the rights to their characters, but not the artwork as stated above.
